The Giveback Classic is more than just a softball tournament; it’s a chance for local businesses to come together, play hard and give back in a meaningful way. Every team plays for a cause, and every run scored means something bigger than the scoreboard.
Who Can Play
This tournament is open to local businesses. This is your time to step up to the plate!
14-player maximum roster per team
- All players must be employees or directly affiliated with your business – no recruiting, and absolutely no sandbagging will be tolerated.
- Teams may include both men and women; no co-ed rules enforced
Tournament Format
- Two-game guarantee
- 60-minute game time limit
- A fun, competitive environment focused on participation and community
Game Rules
USA Softball rules apply with the following modifications:
- USA and new 240 USSSA bats are accepted and must meet a minimum compression test of 240 lbs.
- USA softballs only
- 6–12 pitch rule
- No juking
The Giveback Component
This tournament is all about making a difference. Every team plays on behalf of a charity of their choice, no minimum or maximum. Big checks are welcome.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose your charity. Pick any organization that means something to your team.
- Name your donation amount. Any amount counts. The spirit of giving is what matters.
- We do the rest. Robbins will reach out to your chosen charity and let them know a team is playing in their honor.
